Excipient World Poster Presentations

IPEC-Americas invites the academic and professional communities to submit posters to present at Excipient World Conference & Expo.

There’s no better venue to showcase your latest research and discoveries to industry experts, regulators, suppliers and leading pharmaceutical, biologic, veterinary medicine, combination device, and consumer healthcare product manufacturers.

To receive the poster submission link, select “Present a Poster” on the Excipient World Registration Form. (You must register for the event to receive the link.)

Suggested topics

Posters should highlight research and new discoveries in topics relevant to excipient technology and drug application including preliminary results, completed studies, summaries of relevant published research (for which you are the author), and position papers.

Selection process

The deadline for submitting poster abstracts is March 12, 2021. Submissions will be reviewed by the Excipient World planning committee. You will be notified whether your poster has been accepted by March 26, 2021.

Rapid Fire Academic Poster Presentations

One general session will showcase the research of the top 3 academic poster presentations as determined by the conference committee. Each researcher will be given 10 minutes to present their work followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.

Academic Poster Award

An award of $500 will be given to the top academic poster as determined by our academic poster presentation judges. An award of $250 each will be given to the 2nd and 3rd place academic posters.

There is no poster presentation fee for submissions from academic institutions, excipient user companies, nonprofit organizations and government agencies.

The fee for exhibiting excipient manufacturers is $195. (Exhibiting manufacturers can purchase their poster presentation in the Exhibitor Service Center.)

Non-exhibiting excipient manufacturers are not eligible to present a poster.

General participation guidelines

Your poster should clearly convey your key research findings and value for the audience. To get the attention of the attendees and exhibitors, your poster should also be visually appealing. Be clear, concise and creative.
